Hello. Every time I watch a long video on leadership or charisma, I feel inspired for five minutes and then forget everything. It feels like my brain just can't process hour-long tutorials anymore. I need a way to learn in small, daily bites that actually stick. Has anyone found an app or a system that uses short exercises instead of long lectures? I just want to be more confident at work without spending hours studying.

Hey. I had that exact same "information overload" problem. Passive watching doesn't work for everyone. I actually switched to a more interactive approach after I saw some rise guide reviews on Reddit. There was a specific post where a guy shared how he used RiseGuide for just 10 minutes every morning to improve his social skills. It sounded much more realistic than trying to finish a massive course. You should look for that thread - it’s a very honest take on the whole micro-learning vibe!
